Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 kg of sugar.
  • 2 glasses of warm milk.
  • 2 glasses of olive oil.
  • 1 glass of warm water to dissolve the baking yeast
  • Grated lemon.
  • Yeast.
  • Flour, which admits (approximately 2.5 kilos).

Preparation

  • Undo the yeast with the water, add the oil, the milk, the yolks, the whites mounted with the sugar and, finally, the flour and the lemon.
  • Knead the dough a lot and let it rest until it rises. Make the ‘monas’ and let them rest until they ferment again. Top with hard boiled eggs with a few strips of pasta. Spread them with egg and sprinkle them with sugar. Take to the oven.
